OpportunityJoin Carroll Hospital’s affiliated multi-specialty group as a Full-Time General Cardiologist. You will be part of a physician network providing skilled, compassionate care in a close-knit community. The role involves consultative care for common and complex cardiovascular conditions in both hospital and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include some call coverage, with a rotation among physicians.
Candidate Requirements- Board Certified/Eligible in General Cardiology.
- Completed a cardiology fellowship; 2025 graduates considered.
- Ability to order, perform, and interpret tests such as echocardiograms, EKGs, and treadmill testing.
- Excellent communication skills for discussing diagnoses and treatment options with patients.
- Experience supervising PA-Cs and collaborating with hospital staff.
- Up-to-date with current practices, research, and technology.
- Timely documentation and billing skills.

CompensationGuaranteed salary of $400-450K, dependent on experience and certification, with incentives based on wRVUs and quality metrics.
