General Cardiologist Opening in Westminster, MD - Located 35 miles from BaltimorePosition Details

• Seeking a General Cardiologist
• Full-time - Hours vary
• Join a team of cardiologist and APPs in a well-established, growing practice.
• This opportunity allows for consultative care of common and complex cardiovascular symptoms and disease in both a community hospital and outpatient practice setting.
• Eligible candidate will be responsible for some call coverage and will be included in equal weekday and holiday call rotation with other physicians of the practice.
• Will order, perform and interpret appropriate tests, to include transthoracic echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiogram, exercise treadmill testing and EKGs.
• Discuss diagnoses with patients, explain treatment options, and provide advice on medications, lifestyle and dietary changes, and other preventative measures.
• Work with and supervise cardiology PA-C s, and collaborate with admitting medicine hospitalists, ED staff and intensivists.
• Remain up-to-date on current best practices, developments, trends, research, and technology.
• Maintain timely completion of patient encounter documentation and billing.
Qualifications:
• BC/BE in General Cardiology.
• Completed a cardiology fellowship - 2025 graduates will be considered.
