Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Cardiology Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiology Fellowship (2025 graduates will be considered)
Position Responsibilities:
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests including:
- Transthoracic echocardiograms - Transesophageal echocardiograms - Exercise treadmill testing - Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
Provide comprehensive cardiac care and counseling to patients
Discuss diagnoses, explain treatment options, and recommend medications, lifestyle changes, and preventative care Collaborate with and supervise PA-CsWork closely with hospitalists, ED staff, and intensivists
Stay informed of developments and trends in cardiology and related technologies
Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing of patient encounters
