Job Title: Special Education Paraprofessional
Hours: Part time
Pay: $23.50 – $29.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses

• Provide 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to early learners with autism in home or community settings.
• Teach essential daily living, communication, and social skills through engaging, play-based ABA techniques.
• Collect and record data during sessions to measure progress and inform individualized treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support skill development in natural environments.
• Partner closely with your supervising BCBA and clinical team to implement individualized behavior plans.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children - experience with autism or as a Special Education Paraprofessional is a plus.
• Able to complete the 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance required.
• Strong communicator with patience, adaptability, and professionalism.
• Passionate about making a positive impact in children’s lives.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed during sessions.

Special Education Paraprofessional, Caregiver, Youth Coach, Educator, Behavioral Health Technician, Interventionist, Direct Support Professional, Social Services, Special Education Para Educator, Childcare Provider, Preschool Teacher, Tutor, Substitute Teacher, Camp Counselor, Autism Advocate, or similar roles.

Education, Special Education, Psychology, Human Development, Sociology, or Early Childhood Education.
