We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager with a strong focus on aerospace composites to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing engineering projects, with hands‑on expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of project engineers in the aerospace sector.

• Lead and manage a team of 6 project engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Focus on aerospace composites, driving innovation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing composite materials in pressure‑related applications.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience working with aerospace composites, specifically in over pressure applications.
• Proven track record of leadership and management in engineering projects.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with COPDs (Common Operational Picture Displays) and aerospace industry standards.
