Work schedule:

Monday - Friday with flexible schedules.

As a Registered Dietitian at HCSG, you will manage clinical nutritional services at a long‑term care facility, positively impacting residents and the community.

• Assess residents’ clinical nutrition needs and develop and document individualized plans in the electronic medical record.
• Implement and evaluate care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health and well‑being.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Hold a valid certification/license in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey processes and nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with residents, staff, administration, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies as required.
• Valid driver’s license if a multi‑site dietitian.
• RD‑Eligible and provisional state licensure accepted in certain locations.
