JOB DESCRIPTION:

The HVAC Assembler conducts prebuild inspections of components and performs basic mechanical and/or electrical assembly of components to build HVAC units for use in the rail car industry according to drawing specifications.

• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and ensure compliance with company's rules and policies.
• Comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines and regulations.
• Understand and comply with applicable standards.
• Maintain and safeguard business records.

  Equipment maintenance, mechanical inspection tools and tooling.

Required

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 0-2 Years Relevant Experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Office Environment and climate-controlled shop floor production environment.
• Exposure to noise, heat, cold, dust, and dirt.
• Sitting, Standing, Walking, Alternate Sitting or Standing at Will, Crouching, Pushing or Pulling, Kneeling, Lifting or Carrying an maximum of 50 LBS.
