2nd Shift Production Supervisor

310 Tempering is looking to hire a 2nd shift supervisor to help start our new evening production shift. Hours will be 3:00pm until 11:30pm, M-F. Required to apply:

- Minimum of 8 Years leadership/management experience.

- Desire to work 2nd shift hours listed above - Good communication skills A moderate to high understanding of production flow in a manufacturing environment Willingness to work hands on with their team Able to be on feet for 8 hrs (this is not an office job) A moderate to high mechanical aptitude This is a salaried position that will start at $70 – $90k per year depending on experience and skillset Benefit package after 60 day probationary period includes:
