We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our production team. This is a 2nd shift opportunity with a unique 9/80 schedule, allowing employees every other Friday off.

• 2nd Shift
• Monday-Friday
• 9/80 Schedule (Every Other Friday Off)
• Pay: $21.00/hour

• Assemble and process parts and products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Prepare, sort, and organize materials for production.
• Stack products based on drawings and assembly instructions.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate production equipment and assist with production processes as needed.
• Follow all quality standards and safety procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include; background check, education verification, and drug analysis.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
