Experience with Med Surg Adult Patients is required as you may be floated to Med Surg (adults), Family Birthplace, or telemetry.

This unit that requires the nurse for be the only caregiver on the unit most times, although there is good support from the ED and from Family Birthplace (FBP), There are times when there are no patients, and the RN would be pulled to another area, depending on her experience. Areas include med/surg, telemetry or FBP. Prior experience is considered when pulled.

This is a great opportunity for someone with Pediatric skills who enjoys working independently.
