This is a full-time, on-site position for an Outside Sales Representative based in Westminster, MD. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and building strong client relationships. The Outside Sales Representative will provide exceptional customer service, analyze client needs, and proactively engage with potential and existing customers to promote the company’s products and services. The representative will be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

• Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
• Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service for fostering client partnerships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to maintain clear and professional interactions
• Prior experience in sales or a related role is preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and meet sales goals
• Knowledge of the construction industry or related sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory
