Westminster, MD serving DC/MD/VA Company:
Incro Tech, LLC

Employment Type:

Full-Time Pay: $30 - $50 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; occasional overtime

Job Summary:

We are a well-established HVAC company seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Journeyman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial heating and cooling systems. This is a full-time position with steady work, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ventilation units, etc.)

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety standards

Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Complete job reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

Valid HVAC Journeyman License (maryland

2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (journeyman level)

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
