What you will do Monitor stock levels to keep availability on target and minimize shortages.

Perform frequent cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Partner in developing and implementing inventory control procedures that prevent errors.

Collaborate with purchasing, production, and other teams to forecast needs and manage replenishment.

Detect, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in records and on the floor.

Support shipping and receiving by verifying all incoming and outgoing orders against documentation.

Maintain a tidy, organized storage environment that supports fast, error-free work.

What you need to succeed

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or similar preferred.

Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related role.

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.

Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently while being a dependable team contributor.

Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfort lifting and moving heavy items as needed.
