Parts Counter Sales:

The successful Parts person will maintain positive customer relationships and drive revenue growth within our parts department.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer & technician relationships.
  • Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership.
  • Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
  • Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop.
  • Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping.
  • Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced.
  • Experience preferred with either Honda or Acura products is a plus!
  • Dealer Track and X-Time experience also a bonus.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends.
  • All candidates will be subject to both a background and drug test.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma recommended
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Adept at working independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends if required
