Job Purpose

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager Administrator helps support Project Management operations by performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth processes and communication.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the management team on location in administrative tasks for the job site.
  • Track, monitor, and distribute reports relating to certified payroll and trucking.
  • Verify subcontractor compliance pertaining to the job sites.
  • Prepare and distribute letters of good standing from unions to subcontractors.
  • Assist in the process of applications, document retention, personnel lists, and expiration dates of airport badging.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting of DBE participation.
  • Monitor and update certificates of insurance and OCIP programs.
  • Prepare and compile waiver packages.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • 1-2 years’ experience supporting Project Managers at a mid-size to large company.
  • Ability to maintain control over confidential information and documentation.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel, with ability to develop spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Experience working within the road construction/union industry is preferred.
  • Working Conditions

    General office environment with individual workstations.
