Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Are you a pediatric OT looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a team that truly supports your growth? At Bright Steps Therapy Network, we're committed to helping children thrive through collaborative, family-centered care while fostering a culture where therapists feel empowered, connected, and confident.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll work alongside speech-language pathologists, educators, caregivers, and other allied professionals to deliver meaningful outcomes for children and families. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and support fellow clinicians through a supervision model that prioritizes connection, growth, and real-world problem-solving.

At Bright Steps, we create a safe space for therapists to:

• Discuss clinical challenges and complex cases
• Role-play difficult parent and caregiver conversations
• Strengthen clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
• Build confidence in managing pediatric caseloads
• Grow as clinicians and future leaders

• Flexible scheduling with no evenings or weekends
• Autonomy in building your caseload and service locations
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment
• Innovative supervision and mentorship opportunities

Paid CEUs and professional development support
• Administrative support for scheduling and intake coordination
• Leadership growth opportunities within a growing practice
