The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives
• Manage blog posts, email communication, assist with campaigns, and social media content
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events (Zoom/Hub Spot), webinars, and trade shows
• Collaborate with internal global teams and external partners to ensure event success
• Track and analyze event performance to optimize future efforts
• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Align messaging across digital, social, email, and paid media channels
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
• Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot)
• Use reports and dashboards to track campaign success and attribution
• Set up email nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and audience segmentation
• Work with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion tracking
• Identify new marketing opportunities and trends to enhance brand visibility
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and applications engineering teams
• Measure and report on KPIs to ensure ROI-driven marketing strategies

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on content, events, campaigns, and automation
• Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g. Hub Spot, Pardot) and Salesforce platforms
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience managing B2B campaigns across multiple channels
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. for show packing/shipments
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

• The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
