Position: Charge Registered Nurse
- Surgery/OR
- Provide professional nursing care to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, and evaluate care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team.
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
- CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Associate degree in nursing or higher; BSN preferred within 5 years.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within ninety days of hire.
- Experience in OR/Surgery and charge nurse roles are preferred.
Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care in a surgical setting, collaborating with team members and ensuring compliance with certifications and licensing standards.
