Role: Registered Nurse in Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 - Step Down Unit.
Responsibilities: Provide specialized inpatient nursing care to cardiac patients, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred, with a minimum of 1+ years' inpatient RN experience. Valid Illinois RN license, CPR certification, ACLS, and NIHSS stroke scale certification required within specified time frames.
Skills: Strong clinical skills in cardiac telemetry, patient assessment, and emergency response. Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Duties: Deliver direct patient care, utilize telemetry equipment, collaborate with healthcare teams, and support patient recovery and safety.
