As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), you'll work side-by-side with the General Manager to lead the restaurant, develop your people, and deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

BE THE GM'S RIGHT HAND

As an Assistant General Manager, you're an important part of the restaurant's leadership team.

You'll help:

• Lead, coach, and develop Crew Members and Managers
• Create a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for every customer
• Help the General Manager drive restaurant performance and business results
• Set goals, delegate responsibilities, follow up, and celebrate wins
• Develop future leaders and build a strong restaurant team
• Manage key restaurant systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Maintain high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety
• Identify opportunities and help create action plans to improve results
• Communicate goals and results with the restaurant leadership team
• Help create a positive, energetic environment where people enjoy coming to work

And when the General Manager isn't in the restaurant, you're the leader the team looks to.

• Has previous management experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
