Position Overview As a BODY
20 Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY
20 members and the community.

Responsibilities

Greet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming manner

Provide superior customer service to current members and prospects

Check members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questions

Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members.

Generate a monthly event calendar and participate in community events to promote the BODY
20 brand

Create 2-3 social media posts per week

Create content for a monthly newsletter

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer service

Morning shift availability (7am-1pm)

Ability to take 1-2 BODY
20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly

Passion for health and wellness

Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
