We are looking for strong individuals with exceptional communication skills and excellent attention to detail to work as part of our Sales Administration Team based in Weston super Mare. This role involves supporting the sales team by ensuring accurate and timely administration of vehicle documentation, paperwork, and stock management.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare all relevant documentation for efficient customer handover.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate flow of paperwork and other administration documents for processing of customer files and invoicing.
  • Accurately order and progress new and used stock to maintain accurate records for delivery and stock control.
  • Support and underpin the Sales Team by ensuring all documentation is completed for their vehicle handovers.
Qualifications
  • Full driving licence.
  • Proficiency with IT and software packages including MS Office and Drive.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Good standard of education.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous motor trade experience desirable but not essential.
