Construction Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team on a self‑employed basis (initially 1–2 days per week). The role involves managing projects from tender stage through to final account for construction projects valued between £50,000 and £500,000, across residential, commercial and public sectors.

• Public Sector Construction
• HMO Conversion
• Structural Alterations & Enabling Work
• Framework Contracts

Deliver commercial management of projects from tender to final account, including procurement, valuations, cost control and contract administration.

• Strong construction industry experience
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Experience with procurement, valuations and final accounts
• Knowledge of JCT contracts
• Proactive and collaborative approach

Based in Weston‑super‑Mare with travel across Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Devon, Dorset and Wiltshire.
