£33,163 per annum
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Fixed-Term Contract until February 2027

We're looking for an experienced Customer Complaints Officer to join a housing organisation.

You will investigate complaints, work with colleagues to resolve issues, identify improvements, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the complaints process.

• Experience handling customer complaints.
• Background in a customer service environment.
• Strong communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage challenging situations professionally.

• Housing sector knowledge (desirable)
• Reporting and performance monitoring experience.
• Experience using scheduling or booking systems.
