Pre School Assistant Required ASAP

Education People urgently requires an experienced Pre School Assistant to work within a lovely primary school in Weston Super Mare.

This is a full‑time role starting ASAP and ending Friday 13 February 2026. Working hours are 8:30 – 15:30 Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young children of pre‑school age.

• Prior experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood setting is essential.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues.
• A recognised qualification in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience.

Full compliance checks will be required in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025.
