M&M Supply is seeking experienced and motivated Behaviour Mentors to support schools in Weston-super-Mare. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping students overcome behavioural challenges, improve engagement, and achieve their potential.

Behaviour Mentors play a vital role in supporting students  social, emotional, and academic development while working closely with teachers and support staff.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural or emotional needs
• Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Implement strategies to encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Work closely with pastoral teams to monitor and report progress
• Build positive relationships with students to support their wellbeing and learning

• Have experience working with children or young people in schools, youth work, or care
• Be confident managing challenging behaviour
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be reliable, professional, and adaptable
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)

• Competitive pay of £90.00 - £105.00 per day
