Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

Role and responsibilities

This role involves the delivery and programme management of the Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD programmes. Our CIPD programmes take place in the evenings (4.00pm – 9.00pm) and therefore the successful candidate must be willing to work during these hours.

Contract and hours

We are open to applications for either full-time or part-time working hours and would request that you specify your preference within your application form.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to be CIPD qualified to at least Level 5 and have relevant HR industry experience.

You will be student focussed and committed to ensuring that all learners have an outstanding experience. Teaching experience would be beneficial, but is not essential, as we can provide full training and support whilst you gain experience in the classroom!
