  Supply / Temporary / Long-term Pay: £145 - 200 per day Inspire, Support, and Lead SEND Pupils in Weston Super Mare Primary Schools M&M Supply is seeking passionate and experienced Primary SEN Supply Teachers for schools across Weston Super Mare.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties.

You will deliver lessons, support classroom management, and ensure every pupil has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum tailored to SEN pupils
• Implement individual learning plans and behaviour strategies
• Support engagement, confidence, and independence in learning
• Work closely with school staff, SENCOs, and teaching assistants
• Monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS preferred)
• Experience teaching pupils with SEN or additional needs
• Ability to adapt lessons for a range of learning abilities
• Patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
