Overview
Weston-super-Mare | £90-£100 per day | M&M Supply – Flexible / Temporary / Long-term contracts.
M&M Supply is seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across schools in Weston-super-Mare.
Work closely with children who need additional academic, behavioural, or emotional support.
Key Responsibilities- Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Encourage independence and confidence in learning.
- Implement individual behaviour and learning strategies.
- Maintain clear records and provide feedback to staff.
- Experience working with children or in SEND settings.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
