Teacher Active is delighted to be supporting a lovely, welcoming primary school in Weston-super-Mare who are seeking an enthusiastic Year 2/3 Teacher to join their team for Terms 5 and 6. This is a full-time role with the exciting possibility of continuing into the next academic year for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering creative and engaging lessons across the Year 2/3 curriculum

• Supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development

• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment

• Working closely with supportive colleagues and SLT

• Providing clear feedback and tracking pupil progress

We’re Looking For

• QTS (ECTs very welcome to apply)

• Recent experience teaching in KS1 or Lower KS2

• Strong classroom management and a nurturing approach

• A commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all learners

• A positive, flexible and proactive attitude
