About the Role
** We are looking for a proactive and compassionate individual to provide 1:1 SEND support and small‐group interventions across all year groups at Bournville Primary School.

* Key responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
* Work with small groups to boost learning and confidence
* Support children across different year groups
* Assist pupils with personal care, when required
* Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families
