Weston College seeks a SEND Enrichment and Engagement Officer to lead enrichment and development for SEND learners. This role focuses on coordinating the enrichment programme and building positive ties with community groups to enhance the engagement offer.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in engaging young people, and the ability to manage a demanding workload in a supportive educational environment. This term-time only position involves 37 hours per week of dedicated work.
