We are looking to recruit resilient and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to provide day-to-day supply support starting ASAP. You will supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students remain focused and engaged throughout the school day. This role is ideal for confident individuals who can adapt quickly to different school settings and build positive relationships with both students and staff.

• Experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring or youth work setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The confidence to supervise lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A resilient, flexible and proactive approach to working in secondary schools
• A positive and professional attitude with a strong classroom presence
