Education People is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant in Weston-super-Mare to support a pupil with Autism (ASD). The role begins ASAP and is full-time until the end of the academic year.
The successful candidate will provide classroom support, manage behaviours, and build positive relationships with students and staff. Experience with ASD is essential, and knowledge of ABA, PECS, or Makaton is highly desirable.
