Teaching Assistant - Primary, Secondary, SEN

£14.24 p/h

Full time – North Somerset

• Amazing hourly rate of £14.24 (higher than most)
• Long‑term placements – Monday to Friday
• Temp‑to‑Perm agreements

The successful candidate will work 1:1 with SEN students across KS1 and KS2, supporting students with ADHD, ASC, learning difficulties, challenging behaviours, SEMH or physical disabilities. Responsibilities include encouraging and engaging learners, managing behaviour, and supporting classroom teachers to deliver their curriculum. Outstanding communication and people skills are essential.

• Work in collaboration with class teachers and other teaching assistants
• Adopt school values and contribute to the school’s principles and culture
• Work 1:1 or with small groups of children
• Provide a high standard of support, ensuring children receive the best education
• Act as a strong, authoritative figure who positively manages challenging behaviour

• Negotiable rate of pay, dependent on experience and qualifications
• Increased pay for travelling further than typically expected

• Referral programme (£125 if you refer a friend)
