Elementa is recruiting a SEND 1:1 Learning Support Mentor for SEMH needs in Weston-super-Mare. The role supports primary and secondary pupils with EHCPs, operating within a revolving-door provision with part-time and full-time options during a 60-day trial leading to permanent contracts.
The successful candidate will work 9:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with September 2026 start. Training opportunities, DBS checks and ongoing professional development are included.
