Why not join us as Deputy Head of Construction (16-19)? This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week.

Supporting the design and development of a wide curriculum that meets the needs of learners, supports growth, and enables them to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need to progress into meaningful sustained destinations.

Managing and developing the implementation of curriculum assigned, that creates an outstanding learner experience.

Managing, motivating and developing your assigned team of staff and supporting their career journeys while championing a cycle of continuous improvement.

Working collaboratively with cross-college teams to ensure the wider knowledge, skills and behaviours learners need are planned and developed coherently (e.g. Maths, English, Careers, Personal Development, Digital etc.)

A vocational qualification, at a minimum of Level 3, which is appropriate to the area.

Level 4 Teaching qualification.

A strong understanding of Quality assurance processes.

Experience in working effectively with employers/partners to develop current and new provisions.
