A global sustainable manufacturing business seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead their engineering strategy, reliability improvement, and compliance within a high-volume production environment.

The Role

This senior role is responsible for driving preventive maintenance, asset reliability, and safety performance, while acting as the site lead for SAP PM, TPM initiatives, and engineering stores management.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and embed a strong safety-first culture

* Own the site preventive maintenance and reliability strategy

* Act as SAP PM champion, ensuring best practice and data accuracy

* Lead TPM initiatives and support root cause analysis

* Manage engineering stores, spares control, auditing, and budgets

* Deliver weekly maintenance plans and manage machine downtime

* Oversee small CAPEX projects

* Ensure full compliance with engineering legislation and contractor controls

About You

* Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer

* Experience in manufacturing or production environments

* Strong SAP PM experience with system administration capability

* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

* Solid knowledge of engineering safety and compliance requirements
