• Average 24 hours per week on a weekly rota
• Alternate weekend working required

• Shift patterns:
  08:00–14:00 and 14:00–20:00
• On‑call responsibilities shared between the senior team

• £
  14.25 per hour

• Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the home alongside management
• Leading shifts and supervising care staff
• Administering medication in line with training and policies
• Ensuring high standards of person‑centred care at all times
• Acting as a senior point of contact for staff, residents, and families
• Maintaining accurate care documentation and contributing to care planning

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader
DEM)
• Medication trained
• Experience with in elderly residential care
• QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  , or working towards this qualification
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A compassionate and professional approach to care
