What You Will Do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients within the recovery team and develop personalised care plans.

Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care focused on recovery and positive outcomes.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement and review recovery-focused interventions.

Provide compassionate support and practical guidance to clients and their families.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in line with professional and legal standards.
