Package DescriptionJob Role: Waking Night Support Worker
Location: Weston-super-Mare BS23
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £13.20 - £13.90 per hour
Role OverviewAs a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be involved in the day‑to‑day support and routine of the people within the service, including:
- Day‑to‑day support and routine of the people we support.
- Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and helping with healthcare needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
- Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
Experience with in the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development.
