A family-owned care provider is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for their Serenita Care Home in Weston-super-Mare. This role involves delivering person-centred care to residents with mental health conditions, helping them with daily routines and supporting their independence. The ideal candidate will have a caring attitude, skills in communication and teamwork, and preferably an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
