HR Administrator and Reception Manager

This is a 9 month temporary role to cover our existing staff's secondment to another hospital. We are looking for an experienced HR administrator with management experience to oversee reception staff and hospital administrators. Preferably CIPD qualified to at least level
3.Your day-to-day...37.5 hours per week Salary: £30,096 per annum
• Ensure HR systems are regularly maintained & updated
• Work with the HR teams & provide administrative support
• Ensure all HR records & systems are accurate & comply with the Data Protection Act
• Maintain employee personnel files & ensure they are fully compliant with CQC guidelines
• Proactively develop & implement robust systems across Cygnet
• Assist in the maintenance of employee data on Cygnet’s HR information system.

• An effective & experienced HR administrator in a healthcare setting

• An excellent communicator & a good team player
• Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
• Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
• A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office & the internet.
