School Cleaner

About The Role

The days and hours:
Monday - Friday 16:00 - 18:00 (41 weeks per year / 38 weeks term time only / 3 weeks deep cleaning)

Hourly Rate - £12.91

Location:

Kewstoke, Weston-Super-Mare, BS22 9YF

Although the role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

Atlas FM are looking to recruit a Cleaner at our client’s premises.

• Full learning and support from Atlas (learning and support will be a mixture of on-the-job training, toolbox talks and discussions with your Supervisor/Manager about opportunities within the business).

• Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
• Inducted at the start of your contract and trained by Atlas within your first week of work.
• Deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (we can train from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
• Physical ability to carry out the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety communication and customer interaction.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Two satisfactory references.
