A well-established recruitment company in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and grow their operation.

The business currently recruits across Driving, Industrial, and Hospitality sectors, with scope to expand into additional markets. This role is ideal for a proven recruitment professional who can bring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and sector expertise.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and develop a team of recruitment consultants

* Oversee daily branch operations and performance

* Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships

* Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and best practice

* Identify and develop opportunities in new sectors where appropriate

Requirements

* Proven experience in recruitment (management or senior-level essential)

* Background in driving, industrial, or hospitality recruitment preferred (other sectors considered)

* Strong leadership and people management skills

* Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
