Automotive Assembly Technician, North Somerset, £15 - £15.50ph Assembly Technician jobs, Mechanical Assembly Technician jobs, Production Technician jobs, Manufacturing Technician jobs. 4 day working week! Monday to Thursday 7.30am 5.15pm. Part time positions also available. Rapidly growing automotive manufacturing business supplying global automotive vehicle manufacturers. Recently refurbished, modern manufacturing and office facilities. £15 - £15.50ph per hour plus paid overtime, roles are offered on an initial 12-week temporary to permanent contract basis.

Are you interested in working at the cutting edge of automotive manufacturing? Do you have a passion for cars and want to be trained to be able to assemble gearboxes and engines for several leading vehicle manufacturers? ? This Automotive Assembly Technician job will involve:
Disassembly of automotive gearboxes and engines following instructions using tooling and training. Inspection of a wide range of engine and transmission components. Evaluation of parts against set criteria and drawings. Measurement of features against drawings using various measuring tools. Assembly of engines and transmissions on a production line. Testing of engines and transmissions. ? This Automotive Assembly Technician job will suit:
Previous experience in a similar position is not essential as training will be given, but any experience of working within an engineering, manufacturing or automotive / vehicle workshop environment would be beneficial. Above all we are looking for candidates who are reliable & enthusiastic about working within a growing business working on projects with some of the leading manufacturers in the automotive industry.

You will be working in a busy production environment, and some tasks can be physical and fast paced. Overtime is available on occasions to boost earnings. ?
