Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke is seeking a Clinical Team Leader (RMN/RNLD) to lead nursing teams at our site. You will ensure high standards of patient care, maintain accurate documentation, and drive audit processes to improve safety and outcomes.
We require a current NMC pin and at least two years of nursing experience. Deputising in a manager role and involvement in leadership, research and assessment are desirable traits.
