Thatchers Cider in Somerset is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead our QC laboratory. You will ensure testing accuracy, monitor ciders and production samples, and drive improvements in methods and data usage across production, packaging, and fermentation teams.
You will lead a small QC team, uphold HACCP and BRCGS standards, and foster a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement at Myrtle Farm, Sandford.
