We are looking for a General Sales Assistant in our Weston‑super‑Mare branch. The role is shop‑floor based and requires good customer service skills. The successful candidate will work 8 hours per week, with day‑time, evening and weekend availability.

As a General Sales Assistant you will deliver an efficient and reliable service to customers who are at the heart of everything we do. You will be a customer advisor achieving our sales targets whilst living our Matalan Values, maintaining a high‑performing, energetic and adaptable energy. You will work across the shop floor, till area and stock room, in a fast‑paced retail sales environment.
