Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Engagement Coordinator located in Bleadon. The Coordinator will handle daily customer interactions to ensure client satisfaction and foster strong relationships. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, supporting clients through the valuation, listing and property sale process, and maintaining effective communication. The role also involves working with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

This is not cold‑calling. It does require a great telephone manner and the ability to make customers feel confident that we are the right choice to sell their inherited property for them, at a time when they are often grieving.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Excellent Communication skills - with the ability to explain things clearly, in a pleasant and up‑beat manner
  • Sales skills - to be able to sensitively find out how we can help the client and offer the right services in a way that is supportive
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and improve service processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prior experience in estate agency, sales, or a customer‑facing role is essential

£26‑28K depending on skills and experience.
